Os voy a hacer un resumen sobre lo que llevamos estudiado y por tanto sobre lo que la clase debe saber, así podéis preguntarles sobre ello. Hello everyone! There is very little time left to finish the school year but we keep learning things about our Solar System. I will now to summarise what we have already learnt about it and therefore about what they should know. Also, here you have the link of the new song for this project.
El Sol / The Sun.
El Sol es una estrella/ The Sun is a star.
El Sol es una gas incandescente. The Sun is gas in fire.
El Sol nos da luz y calor/ The Sun gives us light and heat.
El Sol es el centro de nuestro Sistema Solar/ The Sun is the centre of our Solar System.
El Sistema Solar esta en la Galaxia Vía Láctea. The S.System is in the Milky Way Galaxy.
Como protegernos del Sol / How to protect ourselves from the Sun (suncream, sunglasses, water)
La Tierra/ Planet Earth
Es el tercer planeta desde el Sol/ It is the third planet from the Sun.
Hay vida/ It supports life.
Le llaman el planeta azul/ It is called the Blue Planet because of the amount of water.
Rotación: La tierra gira sobre sí misma/Rotation: It spins around itself
El movimiento de rotación causa el día y la noche/ Rotation causes day and night time.
La tierra tarda 24 horas en dar una vuelta sobre sí misma/ It takes 24 hours (1 day)
Revolución: La tierra gira alrededor del Sol/ Revolution: The Earth goes around the Sun
El movimiento de Revolución causa las cuatro estaciones/Revolution causes the 4 seasons
La tierra tarda 365 días en dar una vuelta al Sol/ Revolution takes 365 days (1 year)
La luna/ The moon
La luna es el satelite de la Tierra/ The moon is the satellite of the Earth
La luna gira alrededor de la Tierra/ The moon goes around the Earth
Planetas/ Planets
Hay ocho planetas en el Sistema Solar/ There are eight planets in our Solar System
Se el orden de los planetas/ I know the order of the planets from the Sun.
