Hola a todos, esta semana hemos empezado el nuevo proyecto: THE SOLAR SYSTEM.
Así que aquí os dejo los contenidos de esta nueva unidad:

REPASO "PLANTS"

Hola a todos, estamos casi a punto de finalizar el proyecto de las Plantas, es por ello que antes de evaluar todo lo que han aprendido hasta ahora sería muy recomendable que repasaran en casa. A continuación os detallo los contenidos que hemos dado y adjunto unas fichas de repaso.

Hello everyone, we have almost finished the project "Plants". For this reason, and before evaluating their knowledge, it would be highly recommendable if they reviewed the contents at home. I will list the contents learnt in class and attach some worksheets to review them.

Contents:

Parts of a Plant (roots, stem, leaf, leaves, flower, fruit)
Parts of a Tree (roots, trunk, branch, branches, twig, crown)

SALIDA TEATRO JUEVES 11 DE MAYO

Como ya sabéis este jueves está programada una salida del Centro para ver la obra de teatro "Juan sin miedo". Os recuerdo a aquellos que todavía no habéis entregado la autorización de salida que este documento es INDISPENSABLE para que el alumno/a pueda abandonar el centro y realizar dicha actividad. Mañana miércoles será el último día para la entrega de dicha autorización. ¡Por favor comentarlo entre vosotros a modo de recordatorio y así nadie se quede sin disfrutar de la actividad!

From little seeds grow big Trees!

Hola de nuevo, aquí tenéis el resultado de la última clase de Arts. Primero estuvimos estudiando las semillas, adivinando de que frutas/verduras podrían ser y finalmente decidimos darles un uso creativo. ¡Aquí lo tenéis!


Hello everyone, here you have the result of the last Arts class. First of all we studied and analysed the seeds by guessing from which fruits or vegetables they were from. Finally, we decided to use them in a creative way... Here you have it!

Carnivorous plants

La semana pasada, después de hablar de la Fotosíntesis, hablamos de aquellas plantas que comen algo más que la glucosa que producen. Aquí os dejo el vídeo que vimos, ¡les encantó!

Last week, after talking about Photosynthesis, we talked about plants which eat something else other than the glucose they produce. Here you have the video we watched in class, they loved it.

Seeds for Arts!

Como ya habréis leído en la agenda de vuestros hijos, la semana pasada se pidió que trajeran semillas de la fruta que comen a clase. Aquellos que todavía no las habéis traído podéis hacerlo esta semana. Con ellas, aparte de estudiarlas en la clase de Science, haremos algo chulo en la clase de Arts.

As you have read in your children´s agenda, last week I asked them to bring to class seeds from the fruits they eat at home. Those who haven´t brought them can do so during the week. With these seeds, apart from studying them in Science class, we will make something cool in the Arts class.
